NEW! FACTS Family Portal
We’re excited to announce FACTS Family Portal, our new online re-enrollment system. With the new integrated experience, you have a single login to access FACTS tuition management and re-enrollment. Beginning February 13, you will only be able to access your FACTS account through the Family Portal.
The Family Portal will allow you to complete your re-enrollment for the 26-27 school year, confirm your contact information, apply for tuition assistance, upload your child’s new health records, verify your tuition payment plan for the 26-27 school year, and pay your 26-27 registration fee.
After watching the video, follow these instructions to set up your login:
- Please go to the website https://www.factsmgt.com/
- Top Right on the site, click on “Log In Here” by Parents & School Administration
- In the “For Families” box click on “Family Portal Login”
- Enter the District Code: ILSC-IL
- If you already have an account, enter username and password and click Login.
- Click “Create New Account” if you have not set this up yet
- Enter the email address that you currently use to login to FACTS, and our District Code: ILSC-IL
- You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for six hours.
- Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button
- Close the window
- Log into FACTS Family Portal as instructed above
