Parent Satisfaction Survey

The last day to take the parent survey is Saturday, April 27. Parent satisfaction is a core ministry value for Illinois Lutheran Schools. We have developed an important survey process that we are looking for you to complete. This is not the same survey you took last year. This will only take about 10 minutes of your time. Your feedback is very important to us.

You should have received an email with a link to the survey and an individual token. If you did not receive an email, please contact the school office at 708.672.3262 for the link and an individual token.

For those that complete the survey, we will be drawing two winners who will each receive a $100 Visa gift card.

PLUS! Your child(ren) will receive special coupons either for a special dress down day or a donut day if you complete the survey. We look forward to hearing from you!
