Micahtam

The ILHS show choir is called Micahtam. Micahtam performs both sacred and secular music. They travel to the annual WELS choral festival, perform at concerts, entertain at various events and enhance worship at churches throughout the Chicagoland area. This choir is directed by Mrs. LuAnn Spiaser.

The name of the group comes from a word found in the title of many of the Old Testament Psalms. Micahtam means golden or precious. This description is not for the choir members themselves but for the precious message of their Savior when they sing about Him.
